Delivery is free on orders over €99. Below that, the cost depends on the method you choose:

Delivery Methods
Posti parcel to a pickup point
The most common option. The parcel goes to the Posti pickup point or parcel locker you choose, and you get a text message and an email when it is ready for collection.
Express parcel
An express parcel is delivered to your door in 1–2 business days. Worth choosing if you need the extensions by a particular date.
PostNord pickup point
An alternative pickup-point delivery, handy in areas where the PostNord point is closer than the Posti one.
Home delivery in the Helsinki metro area
In Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa the parcel is brought to you at a time that suits you, the same day or the next. The extended home delivery also covers Kirkkonummi, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Veikkola, Sipoo and Nurmijärvi.
Warehouse pickup
You can also collect your order from our warehouse at Tiistinniityntie 6, 02230 Espoo. We confirm the pickup time after your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Place your order in the online shop
- You receive an order confirmation by email
- When the parcel is dispatched, you receive a tracking code
- Follow the parcel on the carrier’s site
- You are notified when it is ready for collection
- Collect the parcel within the pickup period
Returns
There is a 14-day exchange and return right for unopened and unused products. Returns are sent by regular mail and we reimburse the return postage at the cheapest ordinary-mail rate.
